About Ubuntombi Bami

Ubuntombi Bami is a cultural development programme by Winzar Trading, that is aimed at encouraging young girls to preserve their virginity and serve its local community as preparation towards Umkhosi Womhlanga.

With so many sexually transmitted diseases and unwanted pregnancies, this programme will help to ease the problem. It is a sense of national pride and a true symbol of the unity of the Zulu nation. It offers emotional gratification to the girls for keeping their purity.

The Programme is divided into small other programmes such as Cultural Beauty Pageant, Camps, Seminars and Skills Development Workshops, Every year these programmes will help young girls to recognize that many people brag about how many sexual relations they have had, but they shouldn’t let that make them inferior.

They will be constantly reminded that they took right decision for themselves and always remembers that they have different values from those people, and that the number or frequency of intercourse one engages in is not a universal measure of success. .
